We draw from modern psychotherapy theories such as somatic approaches, polyvagal theory, and transgenerational trauma therapy, inspired by scholars like Peter Levine, Bessel van der Kolk, Deb Dana, and Mark Wolynn.

I am an author of therapeutic tales and stories, and co-founder of the fam-roots platform. For many years, I have been working with children, adults and families, accompanying them in the process of healing trauma — both shock and developmental trauma, often recorded in the body.
I specialize in a somatic approach (Somatic Experiencing®, Integral Somatic Psychology), and I am inspired by polyvagal theory, bodywork, art, movement, and storytelling. I believe that our story — even the most painful one — can be transformed into something that gives strength and contact with oneself.
In creating fam-roots, we wanted to provide a space where one can pause with their heritage, find meaning in the past, and create a new narrative — one that is supportive, alive, and true.

I am the co-founder of fam-roots, responsible for building the technical foundation of the platform. For over two decades, I've been specializing in creating secure, scalable systems that prioritize user privacy and data protection.
In developing fam-roots, I've focused on leveraging AI technology thoughtfully and ethically — ensuring that sensitive personal stories are handled with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. I believe that great software emerges from understanding both technical possibilities and human needs.
My work here bridges cutting-edge AI capabilities with the deep therapeutic mission of the platform, creating tools that are not only powerful but also safe, trustworthy, and designed to serve healing.
